2. Terms of Use for TheWealthyMe.com
Binding Effect
This is a legally binding agreement. By using www.TheWealthyMe.com (the "Site") or purchasing services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must leave the Site immediately. To access and use this Website and its services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment Terms
A. Digital Products & Memberships

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will not be issued.

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital content will result in immediate membership termination without a refund.
B. Coaching & Consultation Services

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Coaching sessions do not guarantee financial results. The Wealthy Me is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on coaching guidance.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A. Coaching Services
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost (limit: 2 reschedules per appointment).
Late Cancellations (<24 hours' notice):

First cancellation: No penalty

Second cancellation: 25% cancellation fee

Third cancellation: 50% cancellation fee

Fourth cancellation: 100% session forfeiture
No-Show Policy:
First no-show: No penalty
Second no-show: 25% fee
Third no-show: 50% fee
Fourth no-show: Full session forfeiture & possible service suspension for up to 6 months
Refunds: Coaching sessions are non-refundable, but may be credited for future use if canceled with proper notice.

B. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly membership subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

The Wealthy Me reserves the right to terminate a membership if a user violates community guidelines or misuses the platform.

Violating these guidelines may result in removal from the community without a refund.
