For over 20 years, I thrived in corporate America as an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and human resources professional. My career was built on advocating for others—ensuring they had access to opportunities, financial stability, and the confidence to take control of their futures. But behind the scenes, I was struggling.
I suffered from anxiety and burnout, pushing myself to succeed at work while constantly worrying about money. I reached a breaking point and had to take an extended leave from my job—a decision that forced me to re-evaluate everything. I realized that true wealth isn’t just about money. It’s about mental clarity, well-being, and living with purpose.
I also struggled with discovering my own purpose. I had the education, the experience, and the career success, but I still felt unfulfilled. I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the next steps in life. This is why I’m so passionate about helping others find their purpose, transform their money mindset, and build wealth in a way that aligns with their values and well-being.
Today, as a Realtor, wealth educator, certified purpose coach, speaker, and facilitator, I help individuals shift their mindset, take control of their finances, and create financial independence—on their own terms. Whether I’m coaching 1:1, leading workshops, or speaking on stages, my mission remains the same: to empower people to build a purposeful, abundant life.
